SHIPPING

At Inspired by Willow we strive to provide our customers with fast shipping and quick processing times in order to get our items to our customer as soon as possible.

Our general processing times (unless stated otherwise) are 3-5 days. Sometimes this can be done much quicker depending on our current orders at time of purchase. If you are unsure please contact us.

All our parcels are sent with Australia Post. We offer both standard shipping and Express shipping for those that need their parcels in a hurry.

TRANSIT DAMAGE
Inspired by Willow is not responsible for damage in transit. If your product/s arrive damaged you will need to file a report with Australia Post.

RETURNS

We do not refund change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit. We only offer refunds on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. 

COLOUR

Please consider that images shown on your device/ computer may appear slightly different to the true item colour. We try our best to show the items true colour in light but are unable to offer returns due to colour discrepancies.

Items cut from plywood & pine may have slightly different wood grain variances due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault of the product.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS/ LOST PARCELS 

Please check during check out that the address you have entered is correct as we print our postage details directly from this. We cannot be liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you have entered the incorrect address please notify us ASAP on inspiredbywillow@outlook.com an we will do our best to resolve the issue if possible.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not refund change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit. We only offer refunds on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. Please contact us within 7 days of recieving your item.

CONDITIONS  

Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
